What's the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic covers your whole catalog: unlimited cutters and photos, search, tags, storage locations, sets and sharing. Pro adds Orders and the Calendar, so you can track customer orders, get reminders like “bake 3 days before,” and see a daily pull list of exactly which bins to grab.
How does the free trial work?
You get 7 days of full access on either plan. We ask for a card to start, but you aren't charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing.
Is there a limit on how many cutters or photos I can add?
No. Add as many cutters and photos as you own, on either plan.
Can I switch between Basic and Pro?
Yes, any time, from the Billing page in the app. Switching plans is prorated automatically.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Cutterly works in your phone's browser with nothing to install, and it's designed for quick lookups while you're at the bin. Native iPhone and Android apps are planned for later.
Who can see my collection?
Only you. Your cutters, photos and bins are private to your account. If you share a set, the link shows only the cutter names, sizes and photos in that set, and you can turn it off at any time.
What happens if I cancel?
Your collection is kept. If your subscription ends you can still open and view everything, and you can pick up right where you left off whenever you come back.
Do I need to fill in a lot of details for each cutter?
No. A name and a bin are all that's required. Everything else is optional, so you can add cutters quickly and fill in details later.
